(For those wondering: It is the policy of the Waterville Valley Recreation Department to publish participant photos of those who have signed into our programs via our Release Waiver, which includes language permitting us to use the photos for marketing purposes. We will never sell or otherwise distribute these images, beyond advertising our own programming.
